Our technique is a simple one: CUT IT FRESH! At TossAcross we never ever pre-cut! This is our restaurant policy. Salads are made fresh just the way you like it -- they are chopped right in front of you. Choose among our 28 dressings to go with your salad, and don't forget to taste our delicious soups! Finish you meal off with a TossAcross smoothie -- our low calorie dessert made from organic, fresh fruit!

With all our salads you may also choose to add Grilled Steak, Chicken or Shrimp. Below are the two healthy ways for you to create your salad at TossAcross. Remember, whichever option you choose, your TossAcross Salad will be made fresh and chopped right before your eyes!

TossAcross YOUR WAY: You become the creative chef and choose your favorite ingredients to be chopped and tossed. Your ingredients are then taken to a chopping station, where our Salad University ™ trained experts chop everything with a double-bladed mezzaluna. The salad is then mixed with our super spinner, and then served with a fresh made dressing of your choice.
